Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Match Masters, a match-3 puzzle game developed and operated by DIGITAL SOURCING & STAFFING LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Game

Match Masters is an online match-3 puzzle game where players can compete in tournaments, earn virtual coins, unlock features, and enjoy competitive skill-based gameplay.

3. In-Game Currency

Coins are virtual in-game currency earned through gameplay and used to enter tournaments or obtain in-game items. Coins have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the game, and may not be sold, traded, or transferred.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for protecting account credentials. A game account starts anonymously; removing the app or clearing local cache may result in lost profile data. Google sign-in can help preserve game data. We do not share your email address with third parties and can remove account data upon request.

5. Online Tournaments

Tournaments are open to eligible players subject to their rules. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs is prohibited and may result in disqualification or account suspension. Tournament prizes are virtual in-game currency or items and have no real-world value.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the game for illegal or unauthorized purposes, modify or reverse-engineer it, use third-party software for an unfair advantage, harass other players, or share inappropriate or offensive content.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, including graphics, design, and code, is owned by DIGITAL SOURCING & STAFFING LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the game.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DIGITAL SOURCING & STAFFING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
